Join Peace Church and the Covenant Network of Presbyterian’s Executive Director Rev. Brian Ellison for this workshop which offers biblical and theological foundations as well as practical help for anyone trying to improve their own and the church’s full embrace of LGBTQIA+ people.
Learn about the history of LGBTQIA+ and the church. Personal stories and testimonials will be shared. We will work on building a theology of welcome in our scriptures and our faith and learn practical actions for our congregations to authentically welcome all, because God loves us all.
The $15 registration fee includes a catered lunch. For those who can’t attend in person, you may register for livestream access for $5.
