Welcome to Peace

We are an inclusive church where visitors are warmly welcomed, but not rushed, and new members quickly find community.

Worship with us on Sundays at 9:30 or check out the website to learn more about us.

First time?

Ask most of our members why they joined Peace, and you’ll hear about the warm welcome and sense of belonging they experienced.

We affirm the sacred worth of all people and Christ’s example of unconditional love without exclusion. Our weekly worship reflects our values in leadership, sermons, music, and artwork.

A place for everyone

At Peace, you’ll find lasting relationships with other parents, kids, retirees, poets, gardeners, community volunteers, prayer warriors, LGBTQ Christians, and people from all walks of life.

Our congregation is big enough to offer diversity, and small enough to pray for each member of our congregation by name every day.

Just Faith

At Peace, we are not content to worship without also seeking justice for all God’s children.

We are an Earth Care congregation, a Matthew 25 congregation, and members of our local interfaith justice ministry, Stronger Together Reaching Across Manatee (S.T.R.E.A.M.).

Families at Peace

We are committed to our young people. We offer creative spaces where they can feel at home with God and with others their own age, but we don’t stop there. Our older adults intentionally include and mentor young people for connections across generations.

Whether in quality childcare, kids’ choir, lock-ins, summer camps, service projects, or leading our church on the Session, there are many opportunities for every child at Peace.
